I am very happy with my Lacrimosa doll, he is gorgeous and looks perfect! There was some small damage during shipping, one of his fingers had broken off, but that was easily repaired with super glue, and when I notified them of the damage, they offered to send me a replacement hand. Overall I am very pleased with the doll and will definitely be ordering from this site again.
