Here you can find frequently asked questions & useful information about our dolls. Please read the following information carefully as well as item's description. If you need more help, please don't be hesitate to contact us by live chat or email.

1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order on our website or by email. We prefer the former way, because it make your order details much cleaner to us.Besides,you can check the detailed status about your order on our website. If you place your order by an email, sometimes the order will be missed. It will waste much time.


2. How can I know if you received my order?

Once you submitting your order, you will receive an email which confirm the details of your order.
If you have not received the email since your order has been summitted for 12 hours, pls checked your junk mail box and contact us for help.

3. How long does it take to receive my doll after place the order?

Different doll has different processing time. Usually, the processing time for a doll go without makeup is about 10~15 days. The  processing time for a doll go with makeup is about 25~30 days. Sometimes, the processing time will be sooner than usual. If you need get the doll before a certain date, please let us know, we will tell you if it is available.

4. Is there any discount for your dolls?

Sorry, we will not offer any kind of discount if we are not holding any promotion.

But we always give our regular customers some gifts or some discount for their orders. Such as random wig, wig stopper or random T-shirt, socks as our gift.

5. Are all the dolls in your website in stock?

No, our dolls are pre-order dolls. Once your order being placed and you completing the payment, we will start making your doll.

6. Do the dolls come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

No

7. What material do you use to produce the dolls?

We use advanced resin which is imported from Europe and Japan to produce our BJD, materials are Quality Safety.

8.Does the price include all products in the pictures?

No, we only sell basic doll. The face-up, outfit and accessories in the pictures are NOT included.

9.Do you offer layaway/payment plans?

Yes, you can pay 30% of total price firstly through PayPal. When the doll begins to shipping, you can pay the rest parts. Normally, when the doll prepare to ship, if you do not want to buy it any more, the deposit will not be refunded.

10. How can I pay for this item?

Please tell us your paypal account, we will send the payment request.


10. What shipping service do you offer?

We use EMS, FedEx and DHL to ship your products. We offer our shipping service all over the world.
When I tried to make a payment, the website said that you won't ship to this address.
Please make sure the shipping address is the same PayPal address. Please add your telephone so that we can ship.

11.Do you offer free or discounted shipping?

Sometimes we’ll offer free or discounted shipping, please pay attention to the item description.


12. Can you give me a shipping cost estimate?

You can get a shipping estimate through our web system. Once your shipping information being entered, you can get the shipping fee. Sometimes, the shipping fee can't be estimate, you can contact our customer service to get the accurate shipping fee.

13. If I received a doll damaged doll what should I do?

If there happens shipping damage or shipping mistake of wrong item, please contact us through MESSAGE / EMAIL immediately.
We will deal with your problem as soon as we can.
The accident must be reported within 7 days since the package is arrived.
