Fantastic product. The communication with Elma was great, their customer services is friendly, quick to respond and patient. They provided photos of the doll before shipping it to ensure it was exactly the product I wanted.

As for the doll itself, it was a b-day present for my sister and she loved it to bits. It's perfectly well made, the quality and feel to the touch of the resin is excellent and it poses really well.
