Id like to start off by saying this is my second BJD from this site, and I absolutely LOVE her. I sent them a picture of a face up i liked and they made it look EXTREMELY beautiful. words can't describe how much i love this doll. I've ordered a minifee chloe my first time, and i love her too. Elma is a very nice person and she is very helpful. She also gave me a free pretty wig! Thank you again so much, i am extremely happy! will order more in the future
