I ordered Shall, with normal skin and a face-up on November 26th, gave approval on her face-up December 25th, and she was home to me December 31st. It was so fast, with such great customer service, and a product that was high quality. I love the doll and am so happy with my experience that I will buy all my dolls from BJD Shops in the future.
