I got him really well and safely packed, without any damages. I couldn't see any scratches and the quality of this doll is as high as I could imagine! The makeup looks almost the same as on the photos (a bit darker, but it suits him more since I chose white skin, the contrast looks nice). Elma answered all my questions about the order, I've never met such nice and helpful seller ^^ Highly recommend this shop!
